A very rude staff member! The car wasn’t ready when I arrived at 9:30am for the scheduled collection , I was told it’s being washed right now and I need to wait 20 minutes. When I said I have already waited 30 minutes (arrived initially at 9:00am) the staff member said I can cancel the reservation and look for a car elsewhere. He didn’t really care if I remain their customer or not - I’ve been renting at Alamo on a weekly basis for the last 3 months. It to be an issue with the particular staff member as he displayed the same amount of defensiveness he was serving while I was waiting on my car. Such an unusual treatment of client to what I have experienced before at Alamo

I was genuinely surprised when they gifted me a brand-new Audi A3. The car was delivered in perfect condition—zero kilometers on the odometer and shining like it just rolled off the production line. The staff were incredibly cheerful and welcoming, which made the experience even more memorable. I'm absolutely satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend it to all my friends. Having read all the negative reviews here, I was expecting a poor service experience. But, in reality, everything went smoothly in my case. The pick-up process was quick and easy; the car was clean and nice; and the return process took only five minutes. The deposit was refunded within ten minutes of returning the car.

Reserved a car online but when I arrived they said they had no cars available. Completely unprofessional and misleading. The staff both the lady and the guy working there were rude and unhelpful. Don’t fall for this trap. I would not recommend this location.
