25+ years of working in demolition and landscape and we have couldn't be more thankful for the entire team at South Coast Bobcat. We have bought over 30 different types of skid steers in our time of business and this company never fails to give us top notch customer service and professionalism when a problem arises or if we need a new type of equipment. Martin and Dan, our salesmen have been clutch for us through the last couple years. He has worked with our needs, provided great recommendations, and has literally saved us thousands of dollars on equipment. There is a reason why our company has been so successful through the years, and it has a lot to do with the equipment we utilize from South Coast Bobcat. I don't ever see us leaving their services.

I"'m writing this review in response to my experience with Trevor specifically. We have been doing business with SoCal Bobcat for over a year and have spent quite a bit of money with them and their sister companies in Riverside and LA. Last week we took our Stanley breaker in for service. At the time we were told they did not know the model and asked for us to give this to them in order to acquire parts. We explained we do not know and maybe there is indicators stamped on to the equipment to help identify. He told us he would look into it for us and call back. Well following up the next week we are now told he is waiting on us to give him the model number since he doesn't know. Quick google search and I found the representative to help identify and he asked for the photos of the equipment to help along the process. Well I called back to Trevor and told him my findings and also explained to him that I feel I am doing their job and that it was not that difficult to find out. He went on to explain I didn't have to bring equipment to them and should take it to Stanley. I explained no its already with you guys but again I feel something this simple should have been handled by them if they are offering the service to repair. I told him it does not take a genius to figure this out and he explained to me I won't talk to him that way and he doesn't have to help me and that he's only worked there for 2 months so our previous relationship doesn't mean anything to him as to why he wouldn't go the extra mile. Very sad considering I've spent nearly $80k with them since 2018. I get it sometimes the job is hard or maybe takes a few extra minutes to go the extra mile but in this world that should be too much to ask for someone's long term business.

They are open on Saturday, 8am to noon . As of July 17, 2021. Folks are super nice. They only rent to Contractors! ONLY Contractors! They recommended Green Belt.... closed on the weekends, great wild goose chase for Saturday morning. Enjoy

The young man who loaded the breaker into my truck did a fantastic job! I thought for sure it wouldn't fit but he proved me wrong! South Coast Bobcat is great at fixing Bobcats too, they fixed mine up that recently died on me after 15 years. I usually dont write reviews but South Coast Bobcat really did an outstanding job

A+ service! Stopped by to purchase a key for an MT100 that our crew lost… they provided it free of charge and I was in & out in 30 seconds.
