This place was awesome home Depot wanted to charge me $59 a day Sunbelt rentals $28 a week for quality scaffolding with all the safety rails

This particular location of Sunbelt Rentals absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning - Joshua at the front desk was very helpful and went out of his way to physically confirm they had the scaffolding I needed for my job... BEFORE I scheduled the reservation - VERY IMPORTANT. He could've just looked at the screen and said, "yup, we have it" but he went and double checked HIMSELF... FREAKING awesome... I then went to load it up and the lead guy there - Phil - was a pleasure to deal with as well - after loading everything up - I was contemplating going across the street to Home Depot buy a few more straps to make sure it was safe to drive with - but without even mentioning this to Phil - He notices and loans me two more straps - Solid move Phil - Good ups to you 🔥 Here's the plot twist...when I go to set up the three story scaffolding I rented from them for the week down in Newport Beach...45 minutes away... they gave me the wrong parts and I wasnt able to set it up properly...keeping everyone who is already there waiting from working... Thinking I was gonna be screwed out of $100 worth of gas and and extra half day of driving and labor...I was dissapointed...I did not anticipate this and whatever extra time I would have to spend doing this is coming directly out of MY pocket...not to mention the workers having to wait up on me. So I called them and explained to them my situation...and what did they decide to do? Without me having to make any suggestions...They recognized their mistake and volunteered to have a guy drive out the parts I needed - allowing me to take lunch and then get directly back to work and keep things on schedule -Thats WTH im talking bout fam...GREAT JOB. Funny thing is...by the time Carlos (the guy they sent out to drop the parts off) got to where I was working, I not only needed the parts he had with him (a few long crosses) to set up the final tier...but I ended up needing a few extra parts that would allow me to set up the guard rails properly... So he had to drive another hour and a half...there and back from the jobsite to make sure I had everything I needed - Carlos - was a pleasure to deal with as well. Moral of the story: the employees at this location repeatedly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to stay on schedule...saving me a bunch of hassle by loaning me parts (straps) and sending a driver (2×)to replace needed parts. I dont write reviews usually but these guys deserve it... they saved me a few hundred bucks in gas and was able to keep me on schedule. Thats CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great job guys... Will definitely be coming back here next time.

Rented a transmission jack very easy and simple process and helped me with loading it onto my vehicle.

They surprised me! I rented a metal detector to find a piece of jewelry that I dropped. At a particular sensitivity, the detector beeped everywhere. At the next level down, it didn't beep at all. I tried it on "coins", "jewelry" and "relics' settings, same results. This was in bushes below stairs, even well away from the steel railings, same results. Maybe it was me, maybe the location, but the detector was no help. I mentioned it when I returned it, and they gave me a full refund!

A convenient place to rent machines, etc. Prices are competitive with other places. Customer service was a bit lacking, but they were friendly and tried to help. I did have some billing issues that they cleared up once I brought it to their attention.

Customer service is exceptional. Wish they had a 150 ft snake hehe
