The vehicle EQE-350 Mercedes was in perfect condition—clean, well-maintained, and ran smoothly throughout my trip. The customer service was outstanding, with the staff being helpful, friendly, and efficient. Returning the car was hassle-free, and all services provided, including insurance and support, were top-notch. I am a customer from Europcar for 13 years and I was deeply disappointed by the scam pulled off by the employee at this office. I rented a car three months ago. Upon arrival, with delays resulting from a flight delay, I was advised that my reservation was no longer valid and that I would need to add a premium in order to get a car. I advise that my booking indicates that my car would be available until the end of the day but they didn’t want to hear anything. After a journey of 22 hours to arrive to Hannover, I didn’t have the energy to fight back and had finally to pay double the initial price. This is outrageous and contrary to the company policy. Great way to scam people and increase revenue. Well done Europcar. Also, they hadn’t logged in all the scratches on the car. This happened on Friday 23 May afternoon PS: After more than one month and three emails, still nothing from the customer service

Excellent and friendly service from a most helpful members of staff. No pushing to take out extra insurance as I had my own and although I had an offer of a reduced price for a premium upgrade that I did not take, I was still given a higher grade car than the one I booked. Compared to other companies I have used at Hannover airport this was by far the best.

I really recommend using Europcar Hannover Flughafen! The staff are helpful and friendly and the vehicle was in great condition. The office is close to the car park and it is easy to return the vehicle as well. The communication is fast and efficient. A pleasure renting from them!

I booked a car here through another website. Very friendly and customer oriented service, unfortunately I don't remember the agent's name but I felt good talking to him, thumbs up on that. No pushing to take out extra insurance as I had my own. I was offered a reduced price for a premium upgrade that I did not take ans still I was given a higher grade car than the one I booked.

Third time in this Europcar agency in 4 months. Alaways been warmly welcomed. This time again, check-in was quicly executed with smile. Car was great and clean. Return location can easily be found and check-out procedure is really efficient. No wait. Overall a great customer experience !
