As a resident of many years, I’m proud to be a part of this community. Miss Heather & Mister Roger: Y’all need a damn raise. You both have always gone above and beyond to correct any mishap or issue. Thank you for understanding the urgency and thank you to Mister Barron, he’s the real MVP 😆 ALSO, Thank you both for the communication you’ve all had with me. Also….. Speedy Rog-riguez. I want to say a few things about Elizabeth Place Apartment manager..Heather is amazing, she goes above and beyond when it comes to her job. Heather will come to my apartment if I’m not able to make it to the office. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to help any way she can. She is the best manager hang on to her! Roger does a good job with the maintenance of everything here. If you need help with anything he will see that it’s taken care of. Everything here runs smoothly. I give each Heather and Roger 5 stars out of 5.

Heather is the absolute best apartment manager ever! She really goes above and beyond for her residents and she adores her job. She is the definition of a rock star!! She goes out of her way to make the resident activities a blast and that everyone has fun! She has taken Elizbeth Place to new height's and I love living here because of her. I have never seen an apartment manager take so much pride in their property and the well being of their residents like Heather does here. I can't wait to see what else she has in store for our little community.

I absolutely love this place!!! I just moved to El Reno a little over a week ago and honestly, I'm feeling spoiled. 😂 I love how I don't have to go to the laundromat anymore since the apartment comes with a washer and dryer in it already. My apartment is very spacious with huge closets and big bathrooms!!! The refrigerator is definitely much larger than the last apartment I lived at and there is a built in ice maker in the freezer!!! I even have a storage shed out on my balcony! This place is so wonderful. The neighbors around me seem so very nice and it is very quiet here. The manager, she is super amazing, very sweet lady!

These apartments are based on income. The Durcho stuff still creeps me out.

I've lived here almost 16 yrs. Best Manager currently! Getting older and some things are in need of updates and repairs. But, as noted, the current manager is on her toes. Pool is a nice addition to property.During summer months, don't know what we would do without it. Well lit, safe and secure.

This was a total nightmare I stayed here all of a year and a half during my stay in ht beginning it was cool but then every month there’s a note on the door about them needing to enter the apartment for some reason which I feel was very inconvenient. Not only that during my stay there the apartment manager Heather held my mail for two months at the office and if I didn’t have to pay rent I would have never gotten my mail I know for a fact this is against the law not to mention they where important papers concerning my kids. So I also payed rent for 3 months plus section 8 payed them as well and now I got a letter stating I owe the over1600,00 dollars when I was told that they kept the money I payed them for the damages plus my deposit. Honestly I don’t know why she is targeting a single mother but what I do know is I am going to get to the bottom of where all of the 1400 plus deposit went to because I know for a fact section 8 check went into their account. Do not do not rent here especially if your kids are urban the only schools that are in that area that allows kids staying in Elizabeth Pl., Apartments is Riverside school when I say my kids got picked on kicked out of school I promise you if your kids are Urban don’t move to these apartments. I noticed on the reviews that it said El Reno public schools. That’s a lie. Facts
