Highly recommend Sixt Reeperbahn, Mustafa always got your back when you need help. Super friendly service and he knows a lot about the cars they have. A pleasure renting cars at Sixt Reeperbahn. The Aston Martin Vantage and BMW M8 Competition Gran Coupe was fantastic, as expected, I mean what is not to like? :)

Had booked our car at a certain time but there was a problem with their system due to which we had to wait for a half hour. They allowed us to keep the luggage with them while we went out to have a bite to eat.The car needs to be picked up from the "-2" level in the building but the lift wasn't working so had to drag our luggage down 2 flights of stairs. The person at the counter didn't seem to know much about their loyalty rewards program but everything else was great!

I rent a car from this location is supposed to be VW T-Roc Cabriolet or similar On July 1 so the didn’t have the one or similar So I was like ok the offer me different vehicle so it should be different price so the receptionist was like u gonna got the discount or the different one to two weeks and he’s manger supposed to send me an email. It’s been 23 days and didn’t hear anything from them. So the took my money never got anything back Poor customer service Don’t rent card from them anymore

Dear Sixt Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent rental experience with Sixt. While I understand and acknowledge that the rental contract stated the vehicle should be refueled upon return, I feel the situation was handled unfairly and without proper communication from your staff. On 25th may, I rented a delivery vehicle from Sixt for €37 plus insurance, which I used for approximately 80 km to move some items. Everything went smoothly until I returned the vehicle. Upon handing over the keys, the staff member casually mentioned that I was supposed to refuel the vehicle. As a tourist unfamiliar with local fuel prices, I assumed the cost for you to refuel would be minimal given the short distance I had driven. To my surprise, I was later informed that Sixt charges €5 per liter of fuel, which is nearly three times the market rate of approximately €1.70 per liter. When I realized this, I returned shortly afterward and offered to refuel the vehicle myself. However, I was told that the rental agreement had already been closed and refueling was no longer possible. Additionally, I returned the vehicle two hours ahead of the scheduled return time, yet I was charged an excessive amount of €97 solely for the refueling. This feels highly unreasonable and predatory, especially considering how easily this situation could have been avoided if your staff had simply reminded me at pickup or drop-off that the car needed to be refueled — a common courtesy provided by many rental services, particularly to international visitors. I am requesting a review of this charge and a partial or full refund of the €97 fee. I hope you understand that this was not due to neglect, but a genuine oversight that could have been prevented with minimal guidance from your staff. Looking forward to your response and a fair resolution to this matter.
