Good car rental in Hamburg airport. As you walk out of arrivals their office is on the left (most are on the right) All credit to the lady that was on last Friday, very professional and very helpful, great customer service. Unfortunately the car wasn’t quite ready, as it was being washed and checked over, only had to wait 15 mins though so no issues. The car was great, clean and as expected, fuel is full to full. They’re allocated spaces are on the top floor of the car park, but this is all explained when completing the paperwork Would have no issue recommending this company for car hire when in Hamburg

The five stars goes to Silvia she was the best, the rental agreement and instructions were given clearly. She was cooperative. The car was very good for the value I paid ....Fiat panda clean, economical of fuel and easy to handle

It is now February and nobody has had the decency to get in touch with us. So much for German efficiency still waiting for a response . nobody has got back to me regarding my complaint. not surprised as their customer care is absolutely dreadful 6th January- still no response or solution offered. I sent reference number as requested but the company is obviously very busy.... maybe they are actually servicing the car so future clients are not risking their lives

Car not ready at arrival. Waited for cleaning. Then as we started engine, we got an oil alert. Went back to office and was told I had to refill oil. I refused as i had rented a fully serviceable car. Asked to speak to manager. No manager on duty. Asked for a new car. No replacement offered. Told oil would be refilled. Mechanic said not necessary. Told to drive off without worrying. Very stressful beginning to the holiday, not knowing if car would be ok. Never experienced such awful service. Okan hayri cayirli waa the worker on duty. Not terribly concerned about our safety or state of car Waiting for manager to reply. I am passing this on to lawyers as im apalled. Booking under juan nogal 26 December 2025

Context: I have rented a car from 11.10 - 13.10. The reservation I did it with check 24 for 54 euros. First Contact I have been assisted by Jean Pierre a German with Latin roots. So far I didn’t pay the 900 euros because I payed the premium insurance. That means I left a deposit of 150 plus 68 euros of premium insurance. Euros spent for 2 days: 54+150+68=272 Let’s see if I get back this 150 days on three days and how much I spent in gas. I attach the car the give to me. We can see that has some scratches but in the contract it says that as well Update I have leave the car at 11:30 13.10.2024 I add 64 euros more for gas Cost in total for 2 days 54+150+68+64= 336 When I get the deposit back It would be 336-150=186 Means 93 euros per day because of the premium
